« Came for a red rocks concert. Great place to stay. The pictures are accurate. Older but clean and comfortable. We had fun reminiscing about some of the old appliances and dishes from our grandma’s house growing up. Highlight was the blue heron rookery across the way. Loved watching the birds from the dining room. Binoculars included! Close to Denver but feels secluded and off the beaten path. »

« Really enjoyed the location and layout of this house. 10 minutes from Breckenridge and Frisco. The park has really cool amenities as well that we got to enjoy. »

« It was a great "little house" for my wife, adult daughter, her dog, and me. We were very happy with the amenities. The host made sure that (almost) everything we could have wanted was in the home for us (I would recommend additional tea spoons and wine glasses, but now I am nit-picking). There were many more little things than other rentals have not had, such as cleaning products for the grill (!), laundry soap, spices, all the kitchen appliances we could have wanted, make-up towels, etc. ...

« The little neighborhood is still under construction but the house is nice. Good view of the mountains and the hot tub on the deck is a plus. Would stay here again. »

« Cute little spot - property backs up to little river and is great for kids and dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Great for those who love to spend time outdoors. »

« We had a lovely time. We were even greeted by a moose upon arrival! There was everything we could possibly need in the most serene of locations. We emphatically recommend this chalet to travelers who like being in nature. »

« It was the perfect Tiny home for a quick Boys Getaway. The arcade and pool are great amenities. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. We spent most of our days on the mountain and just needed a place to rest and recoup at the end of the day. The location is perfect for anything you want to go to in the Greater Breck area. Minutes from Downtown Frisco and Breckenridge. I would stay here again. »

« I came out with my little beagle for some spring skiing. The cabin was a great dog friendly place to stay and relax for the week we were there. It was clean and warm. It has a nice kitchen which had plenty of pots and pans to cook which I did almost every night. Though the didn’t use the loft it had another bed and a tv a couch. The cabin was close to skiing and hiking and had a great time doing both. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Me and my husband had such an amazing time here. There’s so much fun things to explore nearby. We were amazed by the views, wildlife and comfortable stay. The fire pit and hot tub were the cherry on top to have a relaxing night in. We are excited to come back someday and unwind from the world again »

« Absolutely beautiful property! The house is cozy and comfortable, and located right on the creek. Sleeping with the window open to hear the water was so relaxing. I loved coffee on the deck in the morning and the hot tub to unwind in the evening. The house is so close to town but you feel secluded. Kenny was an amazing host. I can’t wait to go back again »

Prior to arriving, the property manager had excellent communication skills, answered all my questions and provided great details to make check in a very smooth transition.
