« It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. »

« The condo was very clean. Lots of nice remodels and extras. The area is up-and-coming and the other tenants in the building we met were very nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the condo as DC and surrounding area has much to do. Uber was our mode of transportation and we found it very convenient and close to everything. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for our trip. We visited during a major heat wave, and the AC kept the house perfectly cool, which was such a relief after long days of sightseeing.Traveling to and from the Capitol area by Uber was quick and easy for our group. « Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! »

« No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house »

« There was 4 adults that needed a place to stay for the sheep and wool festival, and this gem was about 16 miles away.. The condo has all the amenities needed , 2 queen beds and a King size bed, which is rare! The entire place was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful balcony to sit outside and relax. You are close to places to eat and there is a Giant food store, target and other stores nearby! The host was amazing! I left my cold tumbler there, and he sent it back to me!! The whole booking...

« This was a great space to stay. Enjoyed the balcony, plenty of space, nice amenities in the space. A few random things needed attention, like the hand towel rack infalling off the wall. But i get a short term rental will have these things and sometimes a chaos gremlin stays in the place. Overall, wonderful place. Good location. »
