« This was a nice cozy place to stay right on the beach. It was a little dated, but they are in the process of renovating phases as of April 2025. We definitely plan to stay there again sometime. »

« Smaller hotel/condo building, quiet, family friendly, close to food. Convenient location to access 98. Spacious condo. Oversized twin beds was a nice surprise for my kids. REALLY liked that the rental chair vendors were NOT taking over the beach, like they have at other locations we’ve stayed at (and won’t return due to that). Great hotel! I will return! I will add that there are no gas grills. There are charcoal grills. Facility staff were friendly and provided us with charcoal, lighter fluid...

« Spectacular views of the beach and sounds of the ocean every morning when you wake up and look out the balcony. The condo is right on the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. All restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions were right on Highway 98 so we never had to travel far. Real Joy Vacations kept in contact from booking, to check in and check out. They answered any and all questions I had. They also have a great Guest Portal to help you navigate your stay. »
