We require valid identification for all guests before arrival in order to provide access details (address and check-in instructions), as well as a signed reservation form and house rules.

Our check-in window is from 16:00 to 21:00. Please let us know your estimated arrival time so we can prepare for your stay. Please note that arrivals after your confirmed time incur a fee of $28 USD per hour, and arrivals after the 21:00 check-in window incur a fee of $45 USD per hour.

For stays of 7 nights or more, 20 kWh of electricity per day are included. Additional consumption is charged at 6 MXN per kWh. With responsible use, you’re unlikely to exceed the limit. Help us protect the environment.

– The reservation is exclusively for registered guests. Visitors, additional guests, and pets are not allowed.
– Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
– No smoking or illegal substances inside the property.
– Speakers may be used only inside the apartment, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.
– Towels are for bathroom use only; please do not use them to remove makeup or sunscreen.
– To protect the environment and prevent plumbing issues, do not flush paper or other items down the toilets.
– Hanging towels or clothing on balconies or windows visible to neighbors is prohibited.
– Do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If unsure where to dispose of it, please ask us.
– Respect speed limits when approaching the property.
– Swimwear and rinsing off before entering the pool are mandatory.
– No food, glass containers, cigarettes, or balloons are allowed in the pool area.
– Pool and jacuzzi hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

– Lost keys, access cards, wristbands, or parking passes will incur a replacement fee of $50 USD each.
– Lost or stained towels will incur a replacement fee of $40 USD each.
– Failure to follow rules may result in fines of up to $500 USD or legal action (eviction or police involvement) by the condo or neighborhood committee ⚖️.
– For stays of 7 nights or more, 20 kWh of electricity per day are included. Excess usage will be charged at 6 MXN per additional kWh. With responsible use (turning off air conditioners when leaving the apartment or with windows open, and turning off lights when not in use), you will stay within the included amount. Help us care for the environment.
– You’ll have total privacy during your stay; however, in case of emergencies (flood, leak, fire, etc.) that require access, we will notify you in advance ⏳.
