"Hello We had an amazing stay. The only issue is the lady during our first night stay that was not able to help. For some reason my room was booked three times by me. It was prepaid and she wasn’t able to find it and didn’t want to give us our room. My spouse re-reserved the room and we fixed the other two night’s stay with the lady the next morning who was able to retrieve my prepaid booking and we kept the same room :) I have been booking with Best Western for about 10 years now… I will be back in May and am hoping for a better welcome. Thank you again"
