« Our entire experience in Cartegena was absolutely one to be remembered! Not only did we love (!) the city, but Jaime provided a great deal of very helpful information and ideas for our trip which was very welcome. Jaime’s apartment was situated in a fantastic part of town and the apartment itself was a perfect as were the doormen and the staff at Elias. We had the most amazing experience in Cartegena and would definitely rate our entire experience a10/10! »

« This was the first place that appeared when my family and I were looking for a place to stay in Colombia, and we are so happy that was our first pic as well. Not only did the host post exact pictures of where we stay but everything was precise right down to the money.The only thing was the living room area was a bit hot. « Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje. »

« Had a great stay. The location was great. Safe area, secure building, friendly staff, and check-in was simple and easy. Stores, restaurants, and cash machine were within easy walking distance. Cabs were easy to catch to go to the city center. Ride was kinda long, but that was mostly due to traffic. Only negative I would say is that the pool did not get a lot of sun. "Super séjour Nous avons eu un petit problème avec notre chambre le premier soir et le manage a été super réactif! Nous avons booké des nuits supplémentaires. L’hôtel est très bien situé, nous avons dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était divin! Nous recommandons "

"Des 4 hôtels où j’ai séjourné à Carthagène c’était le meilleur : rapport qualité/prix super, la suite junior était top et très grande (à Carthagène c’est un luxe d’avoir une grande chambre), au calme et vue dégagée sur le parc. Parfaitement situé entre le centre historique et Getsemani. Petit déjeuner à la carte et équipe ultra sympathique. Je conseille vivement. "

"Bonne surprise, chambre agréable avec baignoire, rare à Carthagène, bon lit, le petit déjeuner est très bien, et enfin un départ tardif parfois possible, ici on m’a proposé un départ à 17h pour 150000 cop de plus, bonne alternative quand votre avion est tard"
