Our host Mia was very communicative which we appreciated even gave us recommendations to do a boat tour which we absolutely loved since it was our first time at Smith Mountain Lake. « I was expecting to walk into a clean rental. The check in process was easy. But once I walked in I quickly noticed the bed was left the same way as the previous renter left it. Dirty sheets. bathroom.and noticed a pile of dirty towels on the floor. The trash was not emptied either. No one has been there for 4 days to clean. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a host on VRBO. when I messaged her the night I arrived,I got no response and still haven't. Do not rent this condo. »
