« Convenient location, friendly staff »

« Stayed at this hotel for the first time during LU check-in. It was extremely close to liberty, which was helpful. The rooms were clean and while the bathrooms were a bit on the smaller side, I was grateful the sink was outside of the shower/toilet area. My only “complaint“ was that when our new towels were replenished we didn’t get any washcloths and I had to go searching. But that was not the fault of the hotel. « Property was an old building that had been refurbished but still had items that weren't upgraded. Such as the old fiberglass shower stall. Room smelled old. Pillows were flat. Was just ok. »

« Nous avions besoin d un hotel pour y passer la nuit avant de reprendre la route, pensant avoir réserver un bel hotel ... Quel déception lorsque j ai ouvert la porte de la chambre. Une odeur horrible, mélange d urine et humidité . Nous avons demande de changer de chambre et pareil! Lit avec draps sale sur le dessus et froissé . Meuble de la chambre très abîmé ,pas d armoire ni même de fer a repasser . Dans la salle de bain il y a un sèche cheveu , mais c est pour la décoration car aucune prise ou...

« Room was clearly not mopped - wiping up some spilled water off the floor the towel came up brown with dirt; sink had a brown ring in the drain as did the ring around the shower handle. The floor corner of the bathtub where water often seeps past the shower curtain onto the floor was caked with brown dirt - had not been cleaned for a while. The redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is newly built so everything still looks and feels new, but they are not doing a good job of keeping it...
