« Normally stay at a cabin at Garner SP, but due to road construction they weren't available, but so glad we found PeachTree cottage. Nice and quiet, set far enough off the road to feel secluded, but a very short drive to Lost Maples SP. Clean and had plenty of gear for cooking. Would definitely come back! »

« Wonderful setting! Sweet little cottage just the right size for the two of us. Close to what we were there for and close to SA!! Very comfortable and relaxing. Loved sitting out on the patio early morning listening to the birds. Will definitely stay here again! Met the owner and very engaging and nice! Loved that she took the time to visit. »

« We had such a great stay twice. On our way to and from west TX. I love Kerrville and this did not disappoint. The property is immaculate, comfortable and beautiful. Plus, we got a stunning lightning bug show from the live oaks while we sat on the porch. The property has everything you need and is built exceptionally well. We stayed with our 6 month old daughter and had a wonderful time. This gorgeous cottage is now our go to place to stay when we stop in Kerrville. »

« The house was consistent with the description. We stayed in the Sunset Suite. Among the best of its features is its location. You are right on the Guadalupe River with easy access to the river walk that runs beside if. There are a variety of outdoor gathering places. Downtown is very near with a large, recently renovated H-E-B grocery store. The kitchen is ample, but we didn’t cook this time. The dining room has 4 chairs, and it is comfortable. « This was the perfect location for a fun, family hill country getaway. The house was spacious, 3 bedrooms with two having long beds was perfect for grandparent, parents and kids. Easy water access straight from the house, large open concept kitchen with all appliances you’d need, an awesome front patio with fire place and the best back patio with swing bench, heaters if cold, and spectacular views! « It was a great stay. There is some small things that would have made our stay easier like putting nightstands by the bed to plug a phone or watch in on and things ljke that. But overall our stay was great and Angelica was amazing to communicate with. »
