We always read reviews on places that we are going to stay and we always look for the negative reviews. The negative reviews on this location are ridiculous. « Well to start off with, I contacted the owner of the property she was very polite. She was very punctual on returning either my calls or my text before we ever went out there we are from Houston. Really super great location. Just wish we would have more time to do more things out there go to the local wineries and go to the motorcycle museum didn't get to make that. « Home was lovely and spacious. We never felt crowded. Stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend. Super convenient to their venue. Julie was great to work with, great communication and very accommodating. Beds were comfy, home was clean and overall a wonderful weekend full of great memories. Would stay again!! »

« The house was very roomy and the property was amazing. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Our stay here was very relaxing. My grandson (8 yrs old) loved seeing all the fish, turtles and tadpoles in the river. We also saw deer and wild turkeys. There is also a nice nature trail on the property. We had several questions for the host and he answered all of them promptly. Communication was excellent! »

« My family (6 of us) traveled to Boerne for my niece’s wedding. This property was wonderful - I woke up, made my coffee and then sat out in the deck - over looking the beautiful hills as I read my Bible. A curious cat and a friendly dog came up to hang out as well. The fire pit area is so neat - at the top of the hill. There are animals on the property, which excited my kids to see. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I highly recommend this property.. »

« My partner and I are artists and city dwellers. We enjoy rural visits for a variety of reasons including inspiration and change of scenery. We fell in love with Boerne and the thirties cottage. It’s secluded and private while close to town. Best of both worlds. We look forward to our next visit. »
