The house is extremely spacious, the beds were all very comfortable, everything was extremely clean, the neighborhood is also very quiet. This was absolutely perfect for my family and I. « Yellow Teacup Cottage is perfect. There is plenty of parking, and getting in is so easy. The living room opens to the dining area and a gorgeous kitchen. So many windows to let in the sunshine and allow the scenery to be enjoyed from everywhere. The beds were so very comfortable, we all slept so well! Christie was such a considerate host, and very fast to respond to questions. I hope I get to stay here on a future trip, this is a wonderful property! »

« We were in Knoxville to be with family and Urban Island was fantastic. You will understand the name of the house when you arrive bc it really is on an island of land! Very nice house with everything you could need. We had a dog we lost a few days before our arrival and the owner’s brought flowers and a dog toy for our other dog. Was really very nice of them! We will definitely be back! »

« This home was perfect for our family. We were attending an event in Knoxville for the weekend and the location of this home was just a hop and skip from the UT Campus. Our main concern was room for our family and with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, this home was perfect for us! »

« Great location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch!The only note is that the clothes dryer took multiple cycles to dry a load. Otherwise, everything was terrific.Would definitely book again for future Knoxville visits. »

« Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. »

« Very Good stay. Good location/short drive to anywhere we needed to go. Only have two recommendations for the listing I wished I had known before the trip. 1. Only TV is in the basement. 2. Beds described as 2 king and a double queen. It was actually 2 queens and double xl twins. Overall stay was great. 5 stars, great host! »
