« No room to park even a small trailer at bottom of driveway. Boat parking IS allowed overnight at the Anderson County launch ramp. »

« From start to finish our stay was amazing. Derrick and Meredith were very helpful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous with so much to see and explore. We did rent the tritoon and had an amazing day on Norris Lake. We could not have asked for better hosts. The room was equipped with more than we needed. Hands down would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. »

« Delightful patio and view. Hot water worked, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and useable, fridge and appliances all worked,. On the negative, some of the towels were old and scratchy, the living room A/C was noisy. Although building access was good, the windows are weak points in the security of the apartment. The outside of the building is badly in need of maintenance. And, please tell renters about the very tight parking space. »

« I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 3.5. Good location on the water. Great view. Plenty of beds (two families, total of 9 people). Dock was ok / sufficient for a weekend. Jet ski port was great. There’s not really a fire pit at the property… it’s just a circle of concrete blocks close to two buildings with very tall grass around it. The basement ceiling is very low so even a 5’5” person has to bend down to shower. The upstairs bedroom has an exhaust fan in it, with a sign that says to turn the fan...

« We loved our stay at Playin’ Hooky! The house was perfect for our group. They truly thought of everything when getting this house prepared for guests. They had games, toys for the kids, high chairs, detergent, etc. The only complaint I would have would be the dead bugs. Lots of carpenter bees, flies, wasps in the window sills in every room. »

« Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. »

« What a beautiful lake home. The decor was perfect & gave lake vibes even though we visited when it was a little cool to enjoy the lake. The home has everything we needed, clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again & would purchase this home if it were listed! »

« It was perfect for what we needed. Kayaks being there was great for the kids. Only reason it didn’t get all 5s was that it just needs a few maintenance items fixed nothing major few light bulbs here and there things like that »

« This was a great property and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It is a great location it just takes a while to get to since it is at the end of a long no wake zone. It was nice that you didn't have to worry about a bunch of traffic when the kids were swimming. The neighborhood trailer parking was really tight and not a good set up, and the road to the boat ramp is really steep. »

« We had a great stay. We loved being close to Froggies patio bar and the marina since we rented a boat for one of the days during our stay. Our only complaints were the hot tub became very stinky the second day and the AC upstairs was not working properly. I did message the property manager about the AC issue and someone was there very quickly to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately, the AC never really was fixed so it was a bit uncomfortable upstairs due to the heat.there was also a lot of left...
