« I had a very pleasant stay! I totally forgot, though, that there's often live music on weekend nights directly outside the hotel - fortunately I was on the far side and the AC covered up the sound. Parking was very difficult in the public lot next to the hotel on Saturday night; finally found a spot after driving through the whole structure twice. :/ »

« I loved my stay at Kirkwood! The lobby was beautiful and the check in process was easy and friendly. The room was beautiful and expertly designed. There were tons of charging ports, perfect for my work trip! The bed and pillows were super comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Highly recommend! »

« I love My Place! This area seems to have competitive hotel pricing, so it was a pretty good rate. Full-sized refrigerator and freezer, a little stove top, and microwave. You can even order breakfast items ahead of time to be placed in your room for the next morning, so you don't have to worry about shopping for groceries or anything like that. Complimentary coffee in the lobby, and only $1.50/each for a load of wash or dry. Thanks for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again! »

« Love the location. Outside the property is a walkable shopping and dining area. If you have small children there is a playground and splash pad for hot days right out front. Lots of options for grab and go food, sit down restaurants and outdoor patios for an afternoon happy hour! Parking is $15 and is at the city lot. Gym is large (not a run of the mill hotel gym at all), but could use some TLC for the benches. Lots of cardio equipment and free weights; and it’s open 24h. Definitely will stay...

« We loved our stay. From the outside the hotel looks run down and not operational but once inside it is gorgeous. The staff were so nice and shared the history of the building. Beautiful old hotel from 1870. Each room is decorated differently. The staircase defines grand. Bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet. We will be back for sure. »

« 4:30 breakfast was great because we had an early flight out and we didn't have time get something at the airport before boarding the plane. The employees at the hotel were very nice and seemed glad to welcome us to their hotel. Definitely a great place to stay! »

« Stopped to spend the night while seeing some local attractions, the hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. Overall a great experience where at times it could go in the opposite direction, sometimes a stay at an interstate hotel can be iffy but this was good. »
