« We went in our room, went to put something in the fridge, the door fell off. That was the first sign. Broken cabinet doors, drawers that don’t shut and come out on their own, AC had crap all in it, probably never cleaned, the chairs in the room were full of stains and a torn cushion that was just flipped upside down to try to hide the tear. « Top notch hospitality and customer service! We came back to our room on the 3rd floor and saw the bathroom floor flooded from a leak in the ceiling during a terrible rainstorm . Went to the front desk where the GM continued to apologize and explain they know they need a new roof and that is taking place next week!
