« This was our second time staying at the Creekside Cottage. It is a cozy place, well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, close to downtown Nevada City and walking trails. Great for couples who want privacy and quiet. »

« Lovely home in serene surroundings. Great place to rest, relax, read, and explore. Lots of birds and a couple of hares add to the ambiance. Fresh eggs from the hens and flowers from the garden make this a truly special place. Will definitely revisit when time allows. Thank you for sharing »

« This place really did feel like staying in the French countryside. It was great being able to wander around the property and see the birds and bunnies. Very clean, warm, and inviting house. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re in town! »

« The place was perfect. Had everything we wanted, great communication and great location. Loved the hike trail on premise and we got a visit from a deer. It was perfect! »

Butler Place is in a great location, was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything anyone could need. Thank you so much for a great stay. »

« Absolutely fantastic home away from home! I felt comfortable and safe at the cottage. The area is lovely and the property is stunning. I will be booking again in the near future! »

« Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! »

« Beautiful, well maintained home and property equipped with everything you need and more. Gorgeous gardens, fresh eggs await in the fridge, BBQ options galore and beautiful pool to swim in and relax by. A hidden gem in the quiet, county setting. Highly recommended should you find yourself in the Auburn area. »

« Could not get the code to work. Had a difficult time getting help to get in. Property contact was unable or unwilling to help. Had to contact Evolve. »
