"HÎtel correct mais ne correspond pas aux standards d'un 4*. Il n'y avait pas de rampe pour les valises. Les personnes à l'accueil étaient trÚs agréables lors de notre arrivée mais plutÎt désagréables lors de notre départ. La douche n'est pas pratique, n'ayant pas de pommeau, et il n'y avait qu'un bonnet de bain pour deux. Le chrome cast était défaillant. La vue et la literie étaient agréables."

"Une dĂ©co trĂšs sympa qui complĂšte Ă  merveille un voyage dans cette magnifique ville de York. Le personnel est avenant et il est possible pour des raisons environnementales de ne pas faire changer les serviettes tous les jours et c’est la premiĂšre fois que je vois une poubelle de tri dans une chambre d’hĂŽtel."
