« A wonderful cottage. We really enjoyed our stay in Burnsall. We stayed for a family wedding and there was plenty of space for 3 generations. The children's room/games room is a lovely touch. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is fantastic in the middle of Burnsall (next to the Red Lion pub). A beautiful spot for walking and visiting nearby Bolton Abbey and other nearby attractions. We can highly recommend and would love to visit again. »

« Absolutely fabulous place to stay! Exactly as described with everything you need for a break away. Hot tub was a great touch in wonderful little garden with lights. So clean and a pleasure to stay there. Lovely little touch with welcome basket on arrival. Would highly recommended! »

« Colton Loft was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that one would wish, situated in a beautiful quiet village with the helpful host living just next door. The 3 local pubs Plum and Partridge, Carlton Inn and the Fauconberg were all very good. Exploring York was also easy with the use of the excellent Rawcliff Bar park and ride. »

« We spent 2 nights in York and were very happy with the accommodation. Communication with Stuart was excellent and we appreciated his recommendations, sent to us just after booking, of places to eat and things to do. Having them in advance allowed us time to plan our stay better. Check in was very easy and we found the house and places to park easily. « This lovely 2 bedroomed house is in a lovely quiet area but a quick walk into town. It is absolutely immaculately clean and cant fault it. Dan is a lovely pleasant bloke who stopped for a chat when we were sitting in the sunny little seating area to the rear. My only criticism is that the house lacks curtains, it would be so much more homely especially in the bedroom to keep the early morning sun out. We'd definitely return next time we are in Skipton - which is a beautiful little place. »

« This accomodation has been the best we’ve experienced so far on our trip. The bed was large and comfortable , the living area and kitchen were just right and the bathroom with bath was wonderful . It was lovely and quiet in spite of being close to shops. It was easy walking distance to bus station and pubs. Overall a terrific place to base ourselves whilst exploring Yorkshire. And we loved the heated floors☺️ »
