« My husband and I stayed two nights with two of our kids. The house was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! The kids loved being right on the water. The mist rising from the river our first night was a pleasant surprise for all of us! Everyone we ran into was so friendly and helpful. We love Arkansas and can’t wait to come back again! »

« Lovely home, lots of room and amenities. Kitchen had everything you'd need, plus! Easy communication with host. Information on Wi-Fi, area resources, and check-out easily accessible. Would stay again in a heartbeat.P.S. Just a couple of maintenance things: kitchen knives need to be sharpened, there was a slight drip from the A/C vent over the dining table chair on the window side. Might need to be checked. »

« Nice and friendly community. Go right read the building... human error. First time visiting Hot Springs overnight.Caught fish. HOme was well stocked. no complaints. I need a ROku tv now, I got spoiled. Host was responsive. only problem I had was human error and not familiar with keypad door. You see in the living room and see the lake. »

« We loved the condo! We were two families each with 2 kids and it was the perfect for our families. Plenty of living room seating for both families. Clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. And it has an ice machine which we loved and came in so handy! It was close to the pool which was perfect with the kiddos. The master shower had a little hiccup as the pressure coming from the shower head was not full pressure since water was still coming out of the lower spout as well....

« First of all the area is beautiful and the property is amazing. The detail the host put into the location is outstanding. Anyone who loves The Hobbit will love this place. However, it is not for anyone with mobility issues. To get to the sleeping areas or only bathroom you need to be able to step up over a large and wide threshold from the big round door.
