« This cabin was the perfect size and location for a small group! We got in very late in the night (2 am) and the GPS location tried to take us about 1/4 mile further than the actual cabins.. but luckily they have a large sign at the road that pointed us in the right direction! We liked it here! »

« We loved the tobacco barn. I liked that there was a tv in every space and a blackstone grill to cook on in the evenings while we watched the deer in the field. The hot tub was a plus! We explored Stone Mountain and Grassy Creek winery. Our favorite meal was the Angry Troll…besides my boyfriends amazing ham and burgers and squash on the grill and the decor in the barn is so cute and the host is quick to respond. »

« Nellie’s log cabin is a real gem! Nestled in the woods on a working farm, this cabin is surrounded by beautiful hardwoods and faces a picturesque pond. It is peaceful and quiet and there is no traffic noise- only the sounds of birds, bullfrogs and chirping crickets. It is very close to Hanging Rock State Park. The hostess is extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions or concerns and the cabin upon arrival was absolutely spotless. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!...

« We stayed here with our extended family for a week and had a fantastic time. We had a number of kids under age 10 with us and found the house and the pool well equipped for their imaginations. The weather was super hot that week, but with the trees and the water... we felt like we'd found an oasis. Very close to all things Andy Griffith and Mayberry as well as Pilot Mountain. »

« Rental had a great location, was clean and well equipped. Owner was quick with communication and friendly. The only con we had on our trip was it is an apartment so if you do not have considerate people staying above you, it makes for some frustrating moments. Even with earplugs and sound machines on we could hear the thudding from the above neighbors and from the beach access gate slamming. So just something to think about if you’re a light sleeper. But other than that, had a wonderful weeks...
