« We had a lovely time staying next to Lake Delavan. The house was perfect for us, including the location, yard, and firepit. Camp fires every night next to a beautifully peaceful lake...perfect. This was our first trip to WI and we chose very well! Thoroughly recommend this house!! »

« it was the perfect location for our extended family. we were in town for a wedding located in downtown Janesville, just 5 min away. The game room kept the teens busy. the multiple bedrooms on the main floor was great for grandparents. The owner was very attentive to any needs/questions. »

« Our stay was wonderful! The place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and very comfortable. The house is only a couple blocks from the lake, so we walked our dog through the neighborhood daily. Roy was super responsive with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We had a surprise 70th gathering for my mother. 4 family’s with kids ranging from 5-21 and 8 adults and there was plenty of room for all. There is a spacious grass space in the front where the kids played soccer, football and baseball. The U shape drive fit all cars with plenty of room to spare. Maureen is very responsive and helpful.
