« We were so impressed with the attention to detail. We stay with VRBO atleast 1 a month and this property is one of our favorites. These owners really take the extea step to make you feel at home. All the extras were so appreciated. Especially all the coffee cups! We stayed here for a weekend while fishing Rend Lake. Loved little town of Benton. Everyrhing you need close by. We will be back! « This property was perfect. Communication was great with the host prior to arriving. Due to a cancellation from another guest, the host upgraded my reservation to a bigger apartment. I loved the double security being a single female traveler. There was a locked door at the Street level as well as the keypad to get into my apartment. I will definitely choose this property in the future when I travel for work. »

« We were extremely happy with this rental and loved the extra perks of ice, water, coffee, and snacks provided by the owner. What a gem! We will definitely make this our go to for overnight stays when traveling to southern IL. »

« This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. »

« On a whim, we booked this property that is above the bourbon bar. It’s newly renovated and is beautiful! Full kitchen, gorgeous bathroom (makes me want to renovate ours at home to match), comfy couches and bed! We were able to experience the bourbon bar, do some of the wine trail, make the trek to Heron Pond, and get our favorite pizza in the world at Quatros in Carbondale. Absolutely recommend this little gem!! Owners were excellent at communicating and making recommendations. Oh yes, you...
