The space
Welcome to our NEWLY REMODELED and fully furnished home with everything you could want for a comfortable stay and making lifelong memories. Our massive multi-family 6-bedroom, 2800 square foot (311 mÂČ) house is designed with every amenity for your luxury accommodations, so you can relax and enjoy the glorious natural surroundings.
We are a super fun house with tons of games, toys and plenty of space for multiple families to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, bake, and giggle. The Game room has foosball, air hockey, darts, pool table, poker table, telescope, and MUCH more! Enjoy the outdoor dining area with twinkling lights, ping pong, BBQ, basketball court, swing, and wrap around porch for star gazing. We're Pet friendly with a gated dog run. There's a dedicated workspace, Satellite Internet, and several smart TV's with Netflix, and Amazon Prime movies. The entire house is full of thoughtful designer touches and top-rated essentials like memory foam mattresses and cozy pillows.
The $35 Grand Canyon national park entrance pass (not included) is good for the whole week with tons of activities and adventures, so consider staying long enough to get the full Grand Canyon experience. Discover a new adventure every day from this ideal location base to explore all that Grand Canyon has to offer like hiking, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, and much more! In the town of Williams, enjoy Bearizona Wildlife Park, Canyon Coaster Adventure Park, the historic Grand Canyon Railway, public swimming pool, and local shopping and restaurants. Other things to note
The internet in these rural areas is satellite based so the speed is not always consistent. Please understand that it is NOT FIBER-OPTIC or cable, so it does go in and out at times.
The house is on an unpaved dirt road just a couple minutes from highway 64. Most vehicles can get through – an SUV is not necessary but makes it smoother. During winter months, it does snow, and SUVs are better equipped to handle the road, but most of the time the road is still drivable, even in cars. We offer FREE EV charging (please bring your own adapters).

This property was very beautiful. Had all the amenities we needed. It just sucks we weren’t notified that there wasn’t any food places near by to buy or order food. Also the whole house ran out of water because they’re was some sort of leakage in the house and the property owners weren’t really able to do much since it was late at night and the inconvenience of the whole 12 people included two small children weren’t able to use the restrooms at all throughout the night/morning. The property is beautiful and the house was nice and big and cozy. No doubt it was an amazing home. Just the inconveniences of the water and the food near the place were really terrible and a lot of us were affected a lot by this especially some of us women who were in our menstrual situation. Communication was really not that good. Didn’t really communicate with the owners or property management so not much help was given.

not so luxurious stay

We rented this ranch for class reunion comprising of 6 doctor families for 4 nights. Advertised as luxurious airconditioned ranch does not have central air con. A wall air con in the living room does not cool the bedrooms that resulted in uncomfortable sleep for 4 nights (thermostat showing 78 degrees). When contacted, the owner said that he did not advertise central air. Ground floor 4 bedrooms are serviced by 2 bath; one onsuite and the other one shared by 3 bedrooms. The large showerhead in the common use bath was loose and fell on my head and the pores of small shower heads were almost completely blocked. Sent videos and pics to the owner with no resolution and got a text that shower head is a clip on and I can fix it. In this “Luxurious” place we slept on one floor and took shower on second floor. Upstairs rooms have just bunkbeds and no other furniture (no chair, no table). Onsuite vs Because the blinds were broken the morning sun came directly into the room. The owner said it was broken by the previous renter and he cannot do anything in short time. Some people slept downstairs in the living room and use the bathrooms upstairs. The room upstairs are even warmer due to a floor duct blowing warm air. The owner said to shut the thermostat to stop the hot air. I have all the text messages and I also have videos and pics to prove what I have said. I can post them if VRBO allows it. The owner did not agree for refunds. Future renters must confirm before renting this ranch

Easy Overnighter

Property is nice from the outside as you pull up, and easy to find. We stayed here after our rim 2 rim hike so we were tired and ready to sleep. Beds were comfortable. We didn't use any cooking items.

Wonderful Location

Beautiful ranch-like surroundings. Remote - beautiful night skies. Lots of room for the kids to run and play. We had a wonderful time. As a note - there was no dishwasher so be prepared to wash dishes. Only one king bed, not two. Only one queen bed in a room, not two.
