« We were looking for a place to unwind and relax for the weekend. It was perfect! Rob was the penultimate host. Rob even made us breakfast the morning before we left. The wildlife in the area is great to watch as well. We will definitely be staying again if we are in the area. »

« Wonderful place! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The hosts have gone above and beyond in many ways. We enjoyed the lake, wildlife, walking trails and just hanging out on the porch. We'll be back! »

« The house is well thought out. Really liked having the huge kitchen, large bathrooms and 3 king beds. We enjoyed grilling out and listening to the sounds of nature. Close to Athens for restaurants etc. »

« Every year my cousin and I get together to celebrate our wedding anniversaries, since we got married 3 weeks apart. This place was a perfect location, with a beautiful view. The host was wonderful and the house was very clean. We enjoyed fishing in the pond. What a great trip! »

« Beautiful historic home. Very clean, very comfortable. A/C works great, luxury bedding and inviting front porch to enjoy morning coffee. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/ check out was a breeze. Highly recommend & will stay here again next time we visit Marietta. »

« My favorite VRBO rental to date! Everything was top knotch! Very clean, comfy beds, essential sundries, and plenty of space and chairs for everyone! The setting is peaceful and beautiful! Our hosts Lee and Celesta were great with communication and very accommodating! Hopefully we can stay again in the future!! Absolutely perfect! »

« This property was huge in and out. We had more room inside than we needed and there were six of us. The outside fire pit and out building with a deck overlooking the river was a great spot for hanging out at night. The only issue we had was the upstairs toilet was not working at its best and the owner said it was most likely getting replaced. I will still give the property 5 stars because everything else was a plus and I would definitely rent again. »
