« We had a brilliant time at Wharfe Stables over Christmas with our family.The accommodation was excellent, clean and included everything we could have needed, including a lovely 'welcome pack'.The floor plan was perfect with the two en-suite bedrooms either side of the Lounge/Kitchen area.The host were very pleasant and friendly and the surroundings perfect.We intend to go again. »

Unfortunately we found underwear on the radiator and food in the freezer, as well as a slug on the pillow so it didn't make for the best experience. « Host was great at contact and very helpful. We had a number of problems that we informed the host about on departure. We were there for two nights and felt the issues could not be resolved during our stay but the host was unhappy that we didn’t inform them about issues sooner. « 4 adults, 2 infants and a baby. Great size accommodation, but the stairs aren’t the most child friendly (bare that in mind and maybe take a stair gate). We did find it extremely warm OR freezing if we turned the heating down, hard to get the right temperature. Bathrooms could do with a little more through cleaning but overall a lovely property, and great location. »

"TrĂšs déçu par mon expĂ©rience dans cet Ă©tablissement. L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© particuliĂšrement dĂ©sagrĂ©able : aucune volontĂ© d’aider lorsque j’ai demandĂ© Ă  dĂ©caler ma rĂ©servation, malgrĂ© une demande faite rapidement. Le manque de considĂ©ration client est vraiment regrettable. Pareil pour Hotels.com qui ne m'a pas du tout aidĂ©. Le service client est gĂ©rĂ© par une IA qui fait tout pour nous dĂ©courager de nos demandes. Ensuite, la prestation n’était pas du tout Ă  la hauteur de ce qui est annoncĂ©. Je m’attendais Ă  sĂ©journer dans un chĂąteau, mais j’ai Ă©tĂ© logĂ© dans des dĂ©pendances anciennes, mal entretenues et loin du standing promis. Il y a un vĂ©ritable dĂ©calage entre les photos prĂ©sentĂ©es et la rĂ©alitĂ© sur place, ce qui est trompeur. Au vu de cette expĂ©rience globale, je ne recommande pas cet Ă©tablissement et n’y retournerai pas."
