« Cabin small, but mighty! Nicely appointed. Perfect for a couple. Deck chairs and grill for our Big Dawg brats, were a bonus! Tree swings by water were perfect for morning coffee. Birds, boats, turtles, deer, bunnies, hummingbirds....Oh My!Property well kept. We enjoyed our time and the close proximy to biking trails, restaurants, museums and pottery shop. Annie was very responsive to all our inquiries. Would stay again if in the area! C&A »

« The property was very cute. Especially the patio. Although we didn't use the amenities there such as the fire pit and the hammocks, it pretty much had everything we needed for a somewhat rustic weekend. I did like that the code to the door was just texted to us so we didn't have to really check in at any given time. « We stayed here for a girlfriends 3 night weekend get away. We really enjoyed Vern's cabin !!The cabin had everything we needed. It is very peaceful and serene there. We really enjoyed the patio for coffee in the morning, the fire pit at night, and watching the river. We saw & heard lots of birds, eagles & Blue Herons....Bunnies and a big turtle too. The cabin is not fancy but it is perfect for a get away. Redwing is right there and we had a lot of fun shopping, eating out, and checking out...

« I am absolutely amazed at how clean the cabin and bathrooms were. No paper towels you get a new cloth towel each time you wash your hands! Parking was tight on the top of the hill there is ample parking about 100 feet away. There is opportunity to make the “backyard” more than what it is.
