« Truly a gem of a house! We loved that the house retained all of its charming historic elements. Every room was beautifully decorated with elegent simplicity. The location in the historic district was perfect. We hope that the owner will retain the vintage charm of the kitchen. That was a sweet surprise! Parking was never a problem even with the college fall semester in session! And thanks to the host for being so responsive. We would absolutely stay here again! »

« Really nice spot and I thought it was a solid value. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental. »

« This was an exceptional home that was beautifully set up for large groups. It was by far the most well equipped kitchen, and extra amenities ( toiletries)I have ever seen. The hosts also greeted us with snacks and a bottle of wine, which was very nice. The bedding and linens were wonderful, and the beds were very comfortable.
