« Property was as advertised, which was fabulous!! This house was great and suited our needs perfectly. The house was easy to find and the check in process went smoothly. Parking was more than ample. The house is right on the lake, with a small beach for access into the lake for wading or swimming. « Property was decent, dated furnishings. Beds were extremely hard. Appreciated the coffee that was left. But no creamer or sugar. No dish towels or washcloth in the kitchen. Ironing board in the basement. No outside firepit, other properties that were close had them. I'd recommend, but it was barebones. Needs some more personal touches, paid a decent amount. Would go to a hotel instead for an overnight stay. »

« Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! »

« Tim's cottage is right on the shore of Seneca Lake. It's well cared for overall, has lots of personal touches from his his family's life, has a lovely deck overlooking the lake, and an excellent dock for relaxing on, fishing off of, and launching off into the lake in one type of boat or another. Cooking supplies were ample, parking was good, relaxing either in the living room or on the deck were both great. It was a perfect spot for my wife and I to have a few days' break with our grand...

« We spent 5 days at the lake house and it was better than we expected! From the easy check in to the very clean and comfortable accommodations. We stayed to celebrate our son’s graduation from Hobart. We were able to accommodate our family and friends who also traveled from out of state. Everything was picture perfect and great memories were made. »
