A ten minute drive to the beach and local places of interest, this gem was completely renovated and furnished in 2024 and could be yours!! "Lucy's Studio" is within walking distance of many major stores and favorite restaurants.

Two dedicated parking places accompany the Studio and are on site in the driveway of the Studio. Additional parking for boats, and vehicles as large as big rig or bus for a nominal fee.

Lots of parking space is available for those with extra large vehicles, trailers, boats, or whatever requiring an extra large parking area. A minimal fee is required per stay. Text host for additional details.

Venice Beach is just a mile away and is known for its soft white sand and clear turquoise waters of the Gulf. From the 700' Venice Fishing Pier you can cast a line and bring home dinner. Venice Beach is also the Shark's Tooth Capital of the World!

Beach chairs with an umbrella and table, beach towels, and a cooler are all available upon request for your beach and park excursions (free of charge).

Need to take in a baseball game now that Spring Training is over, we have the major league AAA teams playing nearby You can see tomorrow's up and coming major league stars today!! Wellan Park is just down the road.

For golfers, their are many local public and semi-private golf courses including Sarasota National Golf Course. Just think of the type of golf course you want and be assured it's within a 10 minute drive of Lucy's Studio.

For dog owners, Brohard Beach and Paw Park are a must do with your beloved furbaby. Running, swimming and playing are involved for every one and every paw.

Warm Mineral Springs Park is a 15 minute drive and has an average temperature of 85°. The Spring is rumored to have one of the highest mineral contents of any natural spring in the U.S. and is internationally known for its purported healing qualities. Relax, take in the soothing qualities of these amazing springs and those aches and pains magically disappear!!

Centrally located and convenient to everything including hospitals U.S 41, I-75, this cozy gem is perfect for a quick get away, work trip or extended stay. Private and self-contained, book this pet friendly studio while it's available and then relax and enjoy your stay ... Your host is just a text away to ensure you are comfortable and have everything at your fingertips. Coffee, tea, bottles of spring water, drinks, snacks and treats are all included in your stay.
