« cabin was very cute and clean and had nice character. hosts were very responsive to my messages. we enjoyed the new AC, grill, and Keurig coffee machine. The surrounding area had great hiking spots. would stay again :) »

« We had a great weekend at the River Valley Retreat in Franklin! The house was immaculate and well stocked, to include kayaks and bikes we could use. Amazing water pressure and great shower. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units kept the house comfortable, even on the 90 degree days. Lots of local places to eat in or have meals delivered. View of the river from the front porch with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away! Check in and check out were easy....

« The Bungalow was perfect for a couple with A dog. Loved how the coffee table lifted up so you can eat while watching TV. Great area for fishing kayaking and hiking, Anders Run Natural Reserve was a gem with 400 year old trees. Visited Jake’s Rocks, Rimrock overlook, Kinzua Bridge state park and Chapman Lake state park. Ate and drank at Bent Run Brewery and Docksiders and both were excellent! »

« My girls and I loved our stay!! Everything was meticulous and well thought out! I wish we could have stayed longer and/or had more time to enjoy the house - we had a pretty packed schedule when we were in town. I hope to be back and enjoy the relaxing scenery in the future and not be "on the go"! Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. We were given the option to arrive early, however our schedule did not allow for that - the gesture was nice and appreciated, though! »

« My brother and I were very impressed with the serenity and peacefulness of The farmhouse we loved every minute of it we heard the stream running the storm was even beautiful I our dog was very normal he enjoyed everything of his day there as well I go back again and again the host was great the wife cooked us some great bread thanks Lynn we really appreciate it and Greg was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and gave us nice stories and tidbits about The farmhouse thank you so much...

« We absolutely loved the place! Our family stayed here for a wedding weekend for our daughter. This place is beautiful and the lake activities were great from fishing to kayaking to the paddle boat to time in the hot tub. We need that the day after! Thanks again for everything and for the great communication! Can’t wait to come back again »

« Dock Holiday was the perfect location for our 3 generation family vacation. The home is clean and well maintained. Owners are friendly and kind responding quickly to our questions. The beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The huge island allowed us to eat together while the dining table was our spot to play games. Our mornings were spent enjoying coffee in the screened porch and patio. The new outdoor furniture,...

« Clean, comfortable and plenty of space for family of 6. Great outdoor area with big deck and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and everyone had their own space. Both beach and bike trail are a short drive away. Very relaxing vacation! »

« The place was beautiful, clean and peaceful. My only suggestions would be to upgrade at least one bed to a queen for larger people. My stepdad is 6' "3" and had a bit of a hard time fitting in the bed. And some larger furniture in the sitting room. It really was a great place though and I will recommend it and may stay again myself if we go back to the area. »

« Great place to stay! We came to visit family and always struggled to find a pet friendly hotel. This place fit everything we needed, the area in the back for the dogs was great. Close to the river. There is no cell service down there though, but the wifi worked well enough! Couple spiders came into the bathroom so be prepared for that that. Check in instructions were clear, and easy. Will probably stay here again next time we visit! »

« The house was great for our large family (8 adults and 1 infant). We were in town for a wedding. Plenty of space at a great price - so much nicer than staying at a hotel. It rained a lot every day so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor spaces nor walk through the quiet neighborhood. The property was exactly as described on the VRBO page. Thanks for wonderful stay. »

« The location was great to have that secluded feel but still be able to get to stores or activities if you need to. We spent the bulk of our time relaxing at the house, so it was great to have lots of space and access to the creek. The hosts were very accommodating and provided lots of information about things to do in the area. We will definitely be back to experience it during a different season too. »
