« Great place to stay. Everything we needed for a pleasant relaxing stay. The only con of this unit was it rained heavily for 2 days and the area to the walkway was lacking in drainage grates or pipes and was ankle deep with water. if you didn't mind walking thru water to your ankles to enter the unit, it was no problem. I would still highly recommend this area and will book again really soon! »

« We have visited Lake Tansi resorts for 30+ years and appreciate this updated three bedroom condo. However, the cleanliness was concerning - the toilet was only spot cleaned as evident by the dirty underside of the toilet seat and hair was left in the shower and on bed sheets. When I called to request maintenance for a slow drain and reported the cleaniness issues she apologized. Not much more they could do at that point. The maintenance crew was quick to help with a bath tub not draining and...

« We love to bass fish and Long Branch Lakes is a hidden gem. 4 days on the lakes and no o e else fishing. Rarely saw the humans that live up there. The condos are clean and comfortable and convenient. We will be staying there again. »

« This is one of the best rentals we've been in. The condo is incredibly clean, comfortable, spacious and beautiful. Penny's attention to detail is unsurpassed, and she is a wonderful, kind and responsive host. The rooftop area is so lovely and peaceful. We loved the store below, and the area in general is really sweet - there are some great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return in the future! »

« Really felt like we were getting away from everything »

« Beautiful condo in a great location! Myself and a few friends were looking for a quick, relaxing weekend getaway and this location was perfect! The condo was quiet, has very nice furnishings and everything we needed to meal prep in the kitchen. Our host Mark quickly responded to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again! »

« Cute place in downtown smithville. 100 yards from the harvester and across the street from two restaurants. Host was very attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay there again. »

« We were a bit confused because on our paper work we recieved at check in it said L8 was the office and that was not the case. Other than that we had a good time. »

« Very nice and amazingly peaceful get away location. We found the property to be very cozy and comfortable and made for a relaxing weekend. »

« Very nice and clean. Little trouble getting in , but not bad. Loved the fire pit and nice to have a grill. But only a few grills and two fire pits for 6 condos. Would recommend. »
