« I love the beautiful scenery and how clean everything was My only concern is that we didn't get clean towels or room service the whole time we were there. We saw the cleaning staff on our floor, but it looked as if they were only cleaning the vacant rooms. Had to use the same towels for 3 days 😞😞! »

« We stayed at this property in the past and I would have rated it maybe a 2.5 or 3 out of 5 then but the room we stayed in recently must have recently been updated because it was very nice! Plus it appeared there was new bright carpeting in the hallways and stairways. The only two items not perfect were the toilette paper holder kept falling out of the counter and the tub drain was very slow. »

« We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along. »

« Staff was super friendly and the facility was very clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good, I mean not a Cracker Barrel or anything but for free was good. Definitely stay here next year when we go back from Dalton Ga to Indiana »
