« Did not have the opportunity. Everything was excellent. The walk from the front desk to the room is the longest I've ever made in any hotel. Once I got tonthe room, it was worth it.
I was sad to not have any ice machine avaliable. I could have it brought to me by staff. Dont really want to tip for ice in my pjs at midnight.
Beautiful hotel. I would stay here always.

« The stay was nice, the hotel was clean and updated. The room was a dinette that included everything that you would need to have a great trip away from home. (didhes, microwave, stove, refrigerator etc even a dishwasher. Quick trip but I would definitely book again. »

« The guy who was there in check in time was very weird. We went to Hyatt in Florida but also out of USA and we never faced this. He was telling me I have to pay a 50$ deposit which is very understandable, some hotels have this policy we get it, but he was telling me if you take stuff from hotels 🙄 he could say it’s for a damage deposit. What would we even take from the hotel? This is very rude, very disrespectful stuff and we never faced that situation. »

« We left a very very disappointing trip to Lucasville losing the hundreds we paid and came to The Carlisle Inn in Sugar Creek instead. Such a vast difference!! So beautiful and clean!! Very welcoming. Room had its own balcony. Restaurant, gift shop, market on site!! Free snack and breakfast plus beverages provided!! »

"La chambre ne sentait pas bon, le tapis est vieux et ne semblait pas propre et il était taché. Nous avons aéré la chambre. L'hôtel aurait besoin de rénovation. La salle de bain n'était pas récente mais elle était propre. La piscine était propre et ok. La vue de la ville était très belle du balconLe personnel était jovial à la réception. Nous n'étions là qu'une courte nuit."
