« We needed a place to stay the night on our road trip. Every hotel we looked at had at least one or two bad reviews. Decided to try VRBO and this place popped up. Less expensive and no bad reviews. What a gem! Quiet and secluded but close to downtown. Felt like we were staying at a rich uncles house while he was away! »

« Ease of getting to everything worth seeing made the stay work for us. Each day at least 3, usually 4, groups went off to different destinations to pursue different interests. The furnishings were more than adequate. The bears were exciting and frequent visitors. The listing should not refer to the dungeon if it is off limits. This was our only problem but late arrivals and early departures took care of it. »

« Loved the view. Gourmet kitchen was great. The place was immaculate. Manger was very helpful. The beach was great but everything else was great . We are planning on going back for 40th anniversary in a few years »

« We were only here for one night to attend a concert at Thunder Ridge; we will be back. The property is secluded and has rustic charm. The host is super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Be warned, the story behind the castle will tug at your heartstrings. The area is a certified black sky site, so on a clear night you can see so much. It's great for astrophotography. « Our stay with Linda was great. The property was just as described and was very clean and spacious. They provide everything you would need for your stay. Linda communicated with me from the days leading up to our stay and throughout our stay. The only one problem we had was the master bedroom A/C wasn't working on a very hot day. Linda came herself to look at the problem as soon as it was communicated with her, but unfortunately it was a sunday and couldn't get fixed before we left. Other than...

« This is such a cool house! It can't be easy to furnish a completely round structure, but the owners did a beautiful job. Our kids couldn't wait to return from our daytime activities so they could play dress up and run around in the yard. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back. »
