« First of all, very impressed with everything provided in the cabin pretty much everything we can think of was already there so we definitely overpacked.. The property was amazing crossing down into the river in the backyard with the fire ring was especially a very cool experience. « Loved the place! Very nice location in the woods, with no visible neighbors and a barely visible road through the trees. Plenty of space both inside and out on the decks. AC works great with multiple nice mini-splits. Easy to get to the nearby towns. Opus 40 down the road can't be missed, it's incredible. »

« The cabin was so comfortable, and just as described. We all remarked on how comfortable the beds were, and the abundance of pillows to choose from for a restful sleep. The location was perfect, and the property was just beautiful! We loved waking up to bird song - such a variety of birds to hear and photograph! « Our family of 3 had a great long weekend at the cabin. The pool table was a plus when it was raining. Julie was a great host and an excellent communicator. House is very close to Woodstock and Kingston and just over the bridge from Rhinebeck. It was the perfect hub for our getaway. »

« The cottage was very comfortable and the location was very picturesque. It is on a quiet road across the street from a river, which not only offers a great view, but also the soothing sound of flowing water. The interior was beautifully renovated with modern day comforts, while preserving original traditional details that add to its charm. The location is great, far enough to feel connected to nature but close to cute towns with many bars, restaurants, and shops. As animal lovers, what better place to stay than at a goat sanctuary!
