« Everything was just perfect. »

« Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! »

« Tim's cottage is right on the shore of Seneca Lake. It's well cared for overall, has lots of personal touches from his his family's life, has a lovely deck overlooking the lake, and an excellent dock for relaxing on, fishing off of, and launching off into the lake in one type of boat or another. Cooking supplies were ample, parking was good, relaxing either in the living room or on the deck were both great. It was a perfect spot for my wife and I to have a few days' break with our grand...

« The owner is amazing with great communication. The place has an inviting cottage feel with a beautiful view of the lake. It is not difficult to walk down to the dock where we saw carp.. It had everything we needed. I loved that our dog was welcome to join us. »

« I don’t even know where to begin! I can’t say enough great things about our stay and our hosts. Communication was excellent and we were greeted on arrival with the warmest of welcomes. Ed and Robin are amazing hosts. Pictures don’t do the property justice. It was clean and cozy, yet we never felt cramped and there were five of us there. Even when we had a couple of guests over we still had tons of space and didn’t feel crowded. The lake access was excellent (perfect sized lake), we enjoyed a...
