« This farmhouse and the property were precious. Our family stayed for a graduation. The living areas are perfect for gathering, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the property is natural and beautiful, with a great outdoor patio space. Morning views of the lake in the distance and beautiful sunsets added to the stay. Lots of charm! Easy walk over to Aurora Brewing. Company right through the yard. »

« The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories! »

« Great location and house was in very good condition for an extended stay of several days. One key feature was that 2 of the bedrooms were on the first floor of the property which was important for us (we had an elderly traveler who cannot walk up a fight of stairs). Kitchen was well-equipped so meals "at home" were easy to achieve. A couple of improvements include replacing the current coffee maker and providing a good set of instructions for using the heating/cooling units in the upstairs...

« The house was even better than the description! Great location between Ithaca & Seneca Falls and surrounded by great vineyards. House was spotless. Kitchen was great and well stocked. We came in May-road to the lake was not overly busy and easy to cross. I used the kayaks every day. The host was terrific; very responsive and gave great recommendations. Can’t wait to stay again. »
