« Beautiful place to relax and reconnect with loved ones. Hosts were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We spent several hours on the balcony, watching stars and having morning coffee. Cherry on top was petting the goats! »

« The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day. »

« One of our best mini-vacations in a long time...Mountain Rose Horse Farm is a little slice of heaven on Earth! We've already been discussing another visit. Can't say enough positive about this place and the owners, Emily and Rachel. If you're looking for a place to rest, relax and recharge - they have created the perfect spot for you! »

« We had a wonderful stay! The house was quiet, comfortable, and very spacious — perfect for our group. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including coffee, cups, and plates, and the towels and linens were soft and cozy. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, keeping everyone entertained. The hosts were fantastic and quick to respond to any questions I had. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again! »

« Our visit to The Painted Porch was fantastic. The home, neighborhood and time of year made for a perfect getaway with our dogs. We enjoyed the historic nature of the property, and appreciated that it was well appointed, maintained, clean and comfortable for modern life. « The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. « Beautiful, quiet property overlooking the Seneca Lake valley. It was nice to sit and have my morning coffee on the porch while taking in the scenery. The house was very clean and well furnished. Good communication with the host. »

« We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. "As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
