« The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories! »

Located in a perfect secluded and peaceful area by the tiny Lamoka lake, yet conveniently close to the Watkins Glen and the greater lakes. Perfect for relaxation and star gazing! « Wine and Roses is a very cute house. It is on the small size, but that was fine with us. There is a master bedroom with a small bathroom (handicap bars in the shower!). The two other bedrooms are a nice size. The hall bath is small, but more than adequate. This is an older home with older furnishings. A few of the sofas and chairs were covered.
