« Lovely cabin! But the deck, the view, the silence
 were the winners! It just needed a lake to call it Walden. The kitchen could use some renovations. And the shower needs to be fixed, but overall lovely stay. One thing to be aware of, the surrounding areas before reaching the property are very unkept and destroyed. The games provided were fun too! We recommend it! »

« The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories! »

« Wine and Roses is a very cute house. It is on the small size, but that was fine with us. There is a master bedroom with a small bathroom (handicap bars in the shower!). The two other bedrooms are a nice size. The hall bath is small, but more than adequate. This is an older home with older furnishings. A few of the sofas and chairs were covered. « We chose this home because of the location to the nearby finger lakes wineries and Watkins Glen State Park. The rooms fit 27 guests comfortably (sharing rooms; twin trundle beds pop-up). For parking, there is only room for 10 cars, as stated in the description. I misunderstood thinking we could park additional cars in the lawn. The front lawn is down a bank, only accessible with AWD vehicles. Some of our guests had AWD so it wasn't an issue if someone manages the parking. The kitchen had a lot...

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "

"HĂŽtel trĂšs rĂ©cent, chambre confortable, petit dĂ©jeuner correct. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueilli, mĂȘme si cet hĂŽtel fait en sorte que tout soit gĂ©rĂ© Ă  distance. Il y a donc peu de personnel, cela s’est ressenti dans la salle de petit dĂ©jeuner, qui aurait mĂ©ritĂ© d’ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©e. "
