« THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! NO ONE CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER AND EXPEDIA WOULD NOT HELP US FIND ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATIONS. WE GOT THERE WITH NO PLACE TO STAY AND HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT ON OUR OWN AND HAD TO PAY AGAIN. I NOW HAVE TO FIGHT WITH EXPEDIA TO GET MY MONEY BACK. »

« After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

« A very unique property. Beautiful setting. Home built in 1800s with a lot of charm. With a home that age, you need to understand it’s not perfect. That’s part of what made it unique. Nancy communicated great. One request is to have fresh soaps and shampoos in bathrooms. Used bars of soap and no shampoo in a couple just meant a run to the store. But that’s ok. We did a big guys trip so nobody minded much. Otherwise very happy with our stay. »

« This house was perfect for five couples each with bedroom and bathroom. Laundry facilities and room enough for everyone to interact in common areas. Kitchen was clean and stocked. The host was very prompt with all communication and very good to work with. The location of the home was good for the Path / Bus and Uber. Overall one of the best VRBO experiences. We would definitely rebook here again. There is a deli just around the corner too. »

« Place was clean and nice neighborhood. But blinds did not close - so had to use towels and blankets for privacy in bathroom. Apart from blinds not going up and down, we were content. »
