« Overall, the building was well maintained and the property was clean. We did experience an issue with the first room we were assigned, but we were moved promptly. However, the access codes were not properly updated, which caused a problem on the second day when we were unable to reenter the property. « Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights. »

"The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The duvets and bed sheets were dirty, not properly washed, and had yellow stains. In addition, the staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. I arrived late at night, around 1:00 a.m., and the receptionist told me that the $35 credit could be used the next day because the current day had already ended. However, I was later surprised to find that I had been charged for my consumption. On top of that, almost everything comes with an extra charge, including Wi-Fi and luggage storage. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, with dishonest and unhelpful staff."

"Hôtel Impeccable à la hauteur de mes attentes, malgré les avis négatifs sur l’hôtel Empire je vous recommande d’y aller et de vous faire votre propre avis. Sans hésiter je recommande à 100% en tout points le personnel à l’arrivée très accueillant, la chambre superbe, spacieuse et fonctionnelle Personnels de ménage très agréable et méticuleux, après leurs passages la chambre rayonne et sent super bon Au plaisir de revenir peut être a une prochaine occasion séjourner dans votre hôtel !
