« We felt the room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. We requested new towels and coffee pods and everything was delivered to our room quickly. We couldn’t get the TV to work properly the first night so they sent someone to fix it and bring us a new remote. The location is central to the metro and a lot of other places including Times Square. We would definitely come again! »

« I travel for business to NYC and I'd never stayed in the Bronx. My usual areas were either full or overpriced so I took a shot at a good looking listing. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. « I was a bit afraid after reading the negative comments but finally the place was good after all. yes there is a bit of smell of weed in the corridors but in their defence the whole city smell of weed so I don't blame them. the rooms were very confortable (just the AC is noisy when turned ON) for a familly and the parking afordable when you come by car.
