« My stay at the hotel was generally good. The room was clean and tidy, with all the basic necessities provided. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient and close to services, which made it easy to get around and reach important places. The level of quietness was acceptable, and the Wi-Fi service was stable. Some minor details could be improved, but overall it was a comfortable experience and I would recommend it. »

« La chambre (suite avec salon/frigo/micro-onde/machine nespresso/comptoir lavabo) ainsi que le personnel d'entretien étaient bien correctes. Le personnel de la réception +- collaborateur. L'aspect négatif pour une suite à fort prix est la suivante; aucun ustensile/assiette/plat pour réchauffer, des verres de plastiques et des gobelets de carton pour le café. Nous en avons informé la réception réponse 'nous en avons pas'. À vous futur client d'y voir. Salutation et bon séjour à New-York »

"L’hôtel a un très bon rapport qualité/prix ! Les chambres sont très propres et grandes, par contre elles sont relativement humides et la décoration pourrait être mieux… Le petit déjeuner n’est pas le plus adapté pour un français puisque peu d’aliments « sucrés » sont proposés (pancakes et oranges), et que les autres produits sont très gras et salés (œufs brouillés et bacon notamment). Enfin concernant la situation de l’hôtel, malgré les préjugés possibles sur le quartier du Bronx, nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis en insécurité. La proximité avec le métro direct pour Manhattan est fortement appréciable !"

"Hôtel tout neuf et donc moderne, PDJ inclus (buffet), personnel plutôt à l’écoute, café 24/24 et point restauration/boisson 24/24 pour dépanner. À Jamaica (hub d’interconnexion JFK/NYC par métro et bus. Quartier vivant. Très bien. Satisfait +++"

"C’est la deuxième fois que l’on vient dans cet hôtel et une fois de plus pas déçu , la chambre top, la vue magique , l’hôtel est très bien placé, chambre spacieuse, propre…. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y retournerai sans problème "
