« Absolutely loved staying at the farmhouse and the working farm. The farm house was absolutely spotless, and verrrry roomy! Sooooo enjoyed the vineyards, the lake view ( and sunsets) saw deer etc.....The peace and quiet was amazing.....Definitely a place to unwind. Would definitely stay there again! « Really nicely decorated and furnished little farmhouse within a short drive of SUNY Fredonia, Lake Erie shore attractions and NY vineyards. Beautiful country setting. So quiet! It was so nice NOT having traffic noise all the time and still be in a convenient location! »

« We had a group of five guys stay here for a golf trip from Wednesday to Friday, but honestly, the place could comfortably sleep 4 to 5 more people without any issues. One night, we hosted a low country boil and had about 20 people hanging out—guests, locals, everyone—spread out on the porch, inside the house, and even back at the cabin in the woods. It was absolutely perfect for that kind of gathering.Rebecca and Chris were fantastic hosts—super accommodating, easy to work with, and flexible...
