Summary:
This striking three bedroom home is located on a quiet residential road with views over Brewery Park, yet it is a stones throw from many of Torquay's best beaches. Every room has been renovated to a high standard, boasting stylish interiors and modern amenities.

The Space:
The warm and welcoming living room features a lovely velvet green sofa as well as extra armchairs and books, which you are welcome to borrow. The 4K Smart TV comes with ample apps, such as Netflix, Prime and BBC, so you certainly won't struggle to find something to watch! Next door, the spacious open-plan kitchen has brand new cupboards, worktops and appliances. You'll find a large ceramic sink, electric hob, oven, built-in fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, plus ample utensils and cafetiere. Under a ceiling of sky lights, the dining area is light and bright and has direct access out into the patio garden. On sunny days, the garden provides a great space to sit back with a glass of wine or to enjoy alfresco dinners using the barbecue.

The Stone House sleeps six guests comfortably over three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed as well as built-in wardrobes for clothes storage and a handful of homely furnishings. Next door, the second bedroom has two twin beds as well as a clothes rail. The further double bedroom on the ground floor is spacious yet cosy, with exposed wooden brickwork alongside shelving, cushions and throws. There is also a small desk, which can be used as either a dressing table or remote working space! The bedrooms share a well-maintained family bathroom with both a separate shower and bath unit. This is a real home away from home, and the perfect base for a getaway to Torquay. Pets welcome with fee of £20/dog (max 2)

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the vibrant seaside town of Torquay, known for being one of the prettiest towns of Devon's English Riviera. There are a huge array of attractions, events, restaurants and beaches to enjoy within a short drive or walk. The best beaches are found on the eastern coast of the Torquay area in Lyme Bay, which is just a 6 minute drive away. Award-winning beaches lining the coast include the beautiful yet secretive Anstey's Cove, Babbacombe Beach, Meadfoot Beach and Oddicombe Beach - all are fantastic for swimming. The incredible Cary Arms Hotel & Spa is also just a 6 minute drive and is a must-visit for brilliant food or spa treatments. You can also hire kayaks and take to the waters! Torquay Marina is just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk, and here you will find an array of restaurants and attractions - including The Princes Theatre, which has a number of shows running throughout the year.

Millions of years old, the prehistoric caves of Kent’s Cavern offer an unforgettable family day out with activities for kids, coastal and woodland walks, and Geopark. Tour the ancient rock formations and investigate the 400-year-old labyrinth of caves. Animal-lovers will also enjoy visiting the famous Paignton Zoo, which is only around 20 minutes away.

Torquay is part of the famous South West Coastal Path so you can set off in any direction and simply follow the waymarked trails. Avid hikers will also love heading to Dartmoor National Park for the day, where you'll find wild ponies, stunning hikes, magical waterfalls and pretty forests. It is between a 30-40 minute drive.

Getting Around:
Whilst you are in a great location to see Torquay town, we would suggest bringing a car to make the most of exploring this beautiful part of Devon. If you are visiting on public transport, the nearby Torquay station with has regular trains that run to Exeter St Davids and Paignton. From here, you can connect on to Bristol Temple Meads, Reading and London Paddington.

Other Things to Note:
Dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms.
