« Tucked away in a quiet little corner of the bay I wasnt sure what to expect. The inn is lovely, clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, and couldnt have been more helpful.
The food and drink on offer were delicious. The room was great, well appointed and perfectly clean and tidy.

« A glorious stay in room 412 which for us (couple and 4y/o on a sofa bed) was absolutely perfect. Double balcony with the most wonderful views, well proportioned room with everything we could need and a very nice touch of a complimentary welcome Salcombe Gin & Tonic in our room!
Parking was convenient with the porter parking for us and was handled quickly and efficiently.
The pool facilities were beautifully clean and tranquil and enjoyed especially by our daughter on the child permitted...
« The location is magnificent, this is such a stunning part of devon, and you walk out the door basically onto the beach! The room was beautiful, with colour and texture and charm. the only slight against it was the only parking is the public carpark nextdoor so about £10 per day, but thats not much of a gripe in the scheme of things and they were super dog friendly. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. »

"Very historic hotel, old style but pleasant. Room was big and convenienr. Staff was a bit rude, for example they charge guest staying 2 nights for printing 1 page pdf document, never seen if for last 10 years. Night receptionist not helpfull at all inasked where to buy uk electric sockets. It was very visible that i bothering him. He said rudely not possible before 9am. I went out walk 2 min and shop was selling that. Really could be very good place but this staff do that its just an average place"
