« We enjoyed a wonderful stay, we were made very welcome and the room (Granville) was absolutely lovely. The bed was very comfortable and there was ample tea coffee chocolate supplies in the room.
The staff were very friendly, proficient and professional. There are no negatives. Thank you for a lovely evening we hope to visit again. »

« We checked in last night between 6pm-7pm. The gentleman and the lady that were on reception were fantastic.
Nothing was too much trouble, helpful and really friemdly.
Both are a credit to the hotel. »

« Bathrooms badly need upgrading. Caulk between some of the tiles need cleaning. Edge of bathroom door has chipped paint. Old style heaters do not work.
Staff were excellent and brought up a space heater for the room.

« TrĂšs bonne prise en charge dĂšs l'arrivĂ©e au parking. ArrivĂ©e sur l'Ăźle en "sea tractor" (j'en rĂȘvais). Excellent accueil Ă l'hĂŽtel. La dĂ©coration et le mobilier Art DĂ©co des chambres et des parties communes sont superbes. TrĂšs belle vue. La chambre Ă©tait spacieuse avec un petit balcon. Lit immense trĂšs confortable. La salle de bain Ă©tait bien mais petite. Comme il n'y avait pas de paroi de douche, mĂȘme en faisant trĂšs attention, tout Ă©tait inondĂ© y compris l'accĂšs aux toilettes. Excellent diner...

« Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast.
We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful.
We have booked for our next trip already đ »
