« I was in Clarkdale last minute for work and needed a place I could clean up, change clothes, sleep, and turn around to do it all over again! This rental was even more than I could have asked for! I had a nice, big bed, a desk, a decent kitchen and fridge to store snacks, leftovers, and most importantly, DRINKS because it was hot in the Delta(!), and a clean bathroom -- that all had me refreshed and out the door ready to go each morning of my stay. As a single female traveler, I felt safe coming...

« Alvin was a great host, we ran late getting there, Alvin called to check on us. Helped with detailed instructions. Actually waited up on us past his bedtime. He was there each time we came off the lake, shared stories. He treats you in a manner that makes you relaxed and feel welcome. His location is away from traffic, yet close to docks and restaurants. Definitely consider for the peace and quiet, much preferred over hotel room. Great stay. »
