« Definitely a note for travelers is to call way ahead for your valet car! It takes them 30 min at least to retrieve your car as a routine. Otherwise the hotel is great. Also be prepared for the local bike riders to harass you on the street if you are two women alone or alone. Be smart! We were followed as a mom and daughter. It’s not a place to explore outside the hotel. They have four restaurants right outside that are great choices. »

« Our room was not ready after the check in time, the staff was not accommodating, and our air did not work. The staff's resolution to no air was to give us a box fan that did not work on high. The rooms leaked because of the rain. It was a terrible experience. »

« I booked a room through Expedia. When i got to the Hotel they told me my room was not avaliable. When i told them i would just have to cancel due to them not having a room big enough to accomodate my family the hotel told me i would have to be charged a cancellation fee that cost almost as much as the room did for one night. After asking how that was fair to me due to it being their issue and not mine They said they would go ahead and cancel and not charge me. As of now they have still charged...
