« Un petit déjeuner horrible. Pas de jus de fruit, beurre pas mis au frais et coupé dans un ramequin en plastique. Café inbuvable. Pas de yaourt pas de confiture. Personnel très désagréable qui se moque de nous ouvertement. On a dû aller manger ailleurs »

Now what I didn't like was I had informed a staff person at the front desk about an exit door near room 137 where I stayed for five nights. The door would make a loud sound when people are coming and going, it was very annoying, how ever the staff didn't try to make my stay. pleasant. I just know in when I come to visit again I will be staying at another hotel hotel in the area. »

« Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk...
