« Everything was great! Must be a newer hotel. Smelled like new carpets. Very clean. Every staff member we encountered was polite and very friendly. My only concern was when I took a shower, the tub was so slippery, i literally almost fell. They need those grippy strips on the tub floor. »

« Seems like some kind of scam going on. I booked onExpedia. When I got to the hotel the person told me there was something wrong with "EXPEDIAs card" and I would have to pay out of pocket. So I have been charged by both companies. After talking to an EXPEDIA customer service rep. He started talking about the 3rd party they used to book my reservation and they have to contact the hotel to get my money back. I am a platinum member with EXPEDIA and this is a first. Hmmm. Something isnt...

« the property is misleading, the pool is very small, the staff was nice but the rooms were not as clean. there was mold in the shower around the soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower curtain liner was dirty. They initially put me in a used room. My card continued to become deactivated. I worked out in the gym but the water fountain was not working. All around i was not pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the rooms. I will try very hard to never stay at a holiday inn again. »
