« Poor check in. I got charged twice for incidental due to their machine error. Even though I showed the receptionist that the first charge was showing on my online banking, I still have to get another charge hold otherwise we will not be able to check in and we were checking in late. No coffee maker in the room so you have to go down to the lobby in the morning to get coffee. For the rate they were charging, this hotel was not worth it.
